Sometimes it is important to know just which is your Parish Church. If you are getting married, for instance, or if someone dies. Anyone who lives in a parish is able to be buried in it's Parish Church. In relation to burial, it matters not whether the deceased is Christian, has attended worship or has donated money to the Church during his lifetime. All are treated alike as the Vicar has the "cure of all souls" within the parish and also the Christian view that all are equal before God.
It is useful then to see the extent of a parish boundary and these can be seen at the Church of England's Parish Finder site ( where live scaleable maps can be found) or click on the individual maps below.
